Beat
Your work keeps moving while you're busy
An AI agent that clears your work queue.
What is Beat?
Beat is an AI agent that prepares the next step on tasks waiting on you, so nothing sits in a queue. It reads your tickets, pull requests, messages and meeting notes, works out what needs you, and has the next step written and ready before you open it. You approve it, and Beat carries it out in the system where the work lives.
What you get back
Hours a week per individual. Days off the calendar for a piece of work.
Who it helps today
Engineers, product and project managers, founders, and small teams with nobody to chase on their behalf.
You stay in control
Nothing is sent, posted or changed until you approve it.
Getting started
Sign in and connect your own accounts in a few minutes. No administrator.
Beat gives back between 30 minutes and 2 hours a day.
You stop being the one who has to remember.
More of what gets started actually gets finished.
Your board is accurate without anyone updating it.
You find out what is missing on day one, not day three.
The same request never reaches you three times.
Work moves the moment it is ready, not the moment someone notices.
Take the waiting out of work and create reliability, predictability and certainty.
Who is Beat for?
The people whose work has to pass through someone else before it is finished.
Engineers
- A pull request queue nobody has opened yet
- A request missing the one detail you need to start
- Getting pinged about the same PR in three different apps
Beat clears all three before you get to your desk.
Product and project managers
- A status you chase that already exists in three systems
- Action items from every meeting, rewritten by hand
- A commitment that slips because nobody noticed
Beat turns the chasing into a list you approve.
Founders and small teams
- No operations person to keep things moving
- Nobody to chase on your behalf
- Every unfinished thread coming back to you
Beat is the person you would hire to do this, if you could.
Why does work slow down when nobody is blocking it?
Almost nothing at work fails outright. It waits, and waiting is nobody’s job.
Engineering
A pull request opens and waits three days for a review that takes twenty minutes.
Project work
Five commitments come out of a meeting and two of them ever become anything.
Anyone
A ticket is assigned on Monday and started on Thursday.
Sales
A deal goes quiet and nobody notices for three weeks.
The pattern is always the same. The work takes minutes. The waiting takes days. And the person who could have moved it was too busy to notice it needed them.
From waiting to done, without the chasing.
01
Beat watches
It keeps an eye on the tools you already work in, so you never have to tell it anything.
02
Beat prepares
The review is written, the tickets are drafted, the questions are ready, and Beat sends them to you for approval.
03
You decide
You read it, change what you want, and approve.
04
Beat carries it out
It makes the change where the work lives, tells the people affected, and keeps a record.
Three things it does for you from day one.
01
The PR review, start to finish.
A pull request opens, and the review is already drafted.
02
A meeting becomes tracked work
Action items agreed in a meeting, drafted as tickets within minutes.
03
A vague request, answered
The questions nobody had time to ask, asked in the first minute.
It plugs into what you already use.
Four connections, made by you, in a few minutes.
Jira
Reads your tickets and your board. Creates tickets, posts comments and moves status, once you approve.
GitHub
Reads your repositories, pull requests and review requests. Posts reviews and comments, once you approve.
Slack
Finds the right person or channel, and sends the message you have approved.
Granola
Reads the meeting summary once a meeting ends and turns what was agreed into drafted work. Read only.
Signing in takes a minute, and no IT ticket
How is Beat different from a task manager or an AI assistant?
| A planner or task list | A general AI assistant | Beat | |
|---|---|---|---|
| How work reaches you | You add it, or it syncs in as a list | You ask for it, and paste in the context | It arrives already prepared, at the moment the work becomes ready |
| What you get | A reminder of something to do | A draft you copy somewhere else | The next step carried out the moment you approve it |
| What you set up | You build and maintain the list | You build the connectors and design the workflow | You connect your accounts. That is the whole setup |
| Who gets it started | You do, every time | You do, every time | Beat does, the moment the work becomes ready for its next step |
| What you get back | A tidier list | A faster first draft | Hours a week, and days off a piece of work |
| Who sees your data | Usually your team or manager | The assistant vendor | Only you. What Beat records about your work stays yours |

Questions people ask about Beat
What does Beat do?
It prepares the work that is waiting on you and carries it out when you approve. Today that means drafting your code reviews, turning what a meeting agreed into tracked work, and asking the questions a vague request leaves unanswered.
Does Beat do anything without asking me?
No. It reads and prepares on its own, but it never sends, posts or changes anything until you approve it, and it tells you what it is about to do first.
Does Beat write code for me?
No. Beat reviews code and prepares the review for you to approve, but writing and committing the code stays with you. That is a deliberate line, not a gap.
How much time does Beat actually save?
Between 30 minutes and 2 hours a day. The pilot is how we turn that into a figure measured across a lot of different teams.
Do I need my IT team to set it up?
No. You sign in with Google and connect your own accounts.
Is Beat just for engineers?
No. It works for anyone whose work waits on other people. Engineers and product and project managers get the most out of it today, with sales and executive teams next.
Does my manager see any of this?
No. What Beat records about your work is yours. It is not reported upward and it is not rolled into a team view.
When can I get it?
Early access is open now. Once you sign-up for free beta access, our team will contact you. Beat is generally available on 1 January 2027.
What will Beat cost?
From $29 a month for one person, or $75 a month for a team of three. Beat is free during beta. Paid plans open on 1 January 2027.
